When creating a menu for your function or event, we believe it's best for you to work hand in hand with Chef Michael to create offerings that are reflective of your unique wants and needs. Naturally, we offer guidance and suggestions that reflect the nature of the event, and dietary accommodations are always available.  Whatever the end goal, we are happy to work with you to create a menu that is exactly what you are looking for.
